Letter of expressed wishes - tells the Group Trustees who you would like to receive any cash sum benefits in event of your death.

Change of address form - update your address details.

Change of marital status form - tell us about any change in your relationship status.

Birth of a dependent child form - notify us about the birth of a dependent child.

All completed forms should be sent to the administrator Railpen at Unit 2 Rye Hill Office Park, Birmingham Road, Coventry, CV5 9AB. Any original certificates will be returned to you by recorded delivery.
